Refunds & Returns Policy
Under UK law, digital products such as software licenses are non-refundable once they have been delivered, downloaded, or activated — unless the product is faulty or not as described.
By purchasing from Express Software (express-software.uk), you acknowledge and agree to waive your 14-day “cooling-off” period once a license key has been delivered and/or activated, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If your license key has not been delivered or activated, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.
Keys that have been successfully delivered and activated.
Buyer error (e.g., purchasing the wrong software version or incompatible product).
Change of mind or mistaken purchase after delivery of the license key.

Your full name
A clear reason for the refund request
A screenshot of any error message (if applicable)
We aim to respond within 2 to 24 hours. If your request is approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 2–5 business days, depending on your payment provider.
