Shipping & Returns Policy
All of our products are delivered digitally via email. No physical items will be shipped. Once your payment is successfully completed, your software license key and download instructions will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
Delivery Time:
Most license keys are delivered within 5–30 minutes.
During busy periods or when manual verification is required, delivery may take up to 2 hours.
Didn’t receive your key?
Please check your spam/junk folder.
If you still have not received your license key after 2 hours, please contact us at hello@express-software.uk for assistance.
Keys that have been successfully delivered and activated.
Buyer error (e.g., purchasing the wrong software version or incompatible product).
Change of mind or mistaken purchase after delivery of the license key.
As per UK law, digital products such as software keys are non-refundable once delivered, activated, or downloaded — unless the product is faulty or not as described.
By purchasing from Express Software, you agree to waive your 14-day cancellation right once your license key has been delivered and/or activated, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If your key has not been delivered or activated, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.
Refunds may be offered under the following circumstances:
The license key was not delivered, or the product is defective and cannot be replaced promptly.
You contact us within 7 days of your order with a valid reason.
The product is materially not as described.
Refunds will not be provided for:
Keys that were successfully delivered and activated.
Purchases made in error (e.g., wrong product or software compatibility issues).
Change of mind after delivery of the license key.

We aim to respond within 1 business day. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your provider.
